Road & Storm Sewer Repairs
Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) contractor Arbor Masonry plans to begin North Campus Research Complex (NCRC) storm sewer structure repairs on Friday, July 16th. This work will continue until Friday, July 29th, depending on weather conditions.
Temporary sidewalk and lane closure may be required during construction but traffic will be maintained. Local parking space closures will be necessary for structure repair in the lots. The contractor will install necessary traffic controls while working at each location.
After repairs, all locations will be back-filled with limestone and paved with asphalt mid to late August.
Please use extra caution and be observant of the barricades and construction vehicles when driving or walking in this area.
