Details

There are many different ways culture influences behavior. This session explores how culture affects interactions with others, ways an individual’s assumptions may be flawed, and how to navigate cultural differences. The discussion will present examples of verbal and nonverbal communication, symbolic meaning, cultural norms and cultural values. One of the key goals is that participants will increase their self-awareness as well as improve their competency in both inter- and intra-cultural communications.

Free and open to all MSA staff -- but you must register to attend.
