High-Quality Connections (HQCs) are ties or interactions between people marked by mutual regard, trust, and respectful engagement. The research of U-M Professor Jane Dutton (Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship) shows that there are organizational, departmental, and individual benefits when people are engaged in HQCs. In this interactive presentation, facilitated by Mary Ceccanese of the Ross School of Business’ Center for Positive Organizations, videos and exercises provide you with the tools to create more HQCs (and help to energize your workplace)! Feel free to bring your lunch -- cookies, fruit and refreshments will be served. Free and open to all – but please register to attend.
