The University of Michigan NCRC Executive Director and the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs work together to set the strategy for the NCRC and make strategic decisions regarding programs, both internal and external. They consult frequently with University of Michigan Executive Officers, the leadership of the Health System and the NCRC Key Stakeholders Group, which is a representative mix of Executive Officers, Deans, and Chairs.
The Portfolio Advisory Committee (PAC) advises the NCRC Executive Director on the appropriateness and fit of new research groups joining NCRC.
NCRC Administration team is responsible for the organization and implementation of programs and projects.
